Hi, as stated in the title I'm getting a loud noise from the rear of the car as if the wheel bearings have gone. I had the bearings changed and the noise is still their. I'm now being told it could be the tyres, is this possible or is their anything else I should be checking???

Have noticed a "plastic" sounding clicking noise coming from the gearbox area when changing gears (intermittent) and when revving engine/coming off revs (constant), so with that I suspected the lower engine mount possibly. The dogbone is fine, gearbox and upper engine mount recently replaced. So...

Hi guys
Am I right in saying in order to replace the rear bearings on the car that I need to replace the whole disk assembly as the bearings are in built?
If this is the case how much can one expect to pay incl of disks fitted? A rough estimate.

We have gone through three wheel bearings in three weeks, initially we put it down to poor workmanship at our local garage, due to them possibly over tightening the wheel hub nut, the first two failed within 20 miles, the third wheel bearing was replaced having the wheel hub nut torqued, but...

The brakes and disks were changed on my 182 by the dealer before I picked it up. But after about 2000 miles there is a noise from the driver side rear that makes me suspect a duff bearing. Do I have to replace the rear disk as well as the bearing? I can't remember if they come as one item, or...

Erm, i've kinda come to the conclusion the awful droning noise i can hear when driving above 50 is a wheel bearing problem.
Done a bit of research into it and apparently its one of the symptoms.
So here i am:
1. What happens if i don't get it fixed sharpish?
2. How much is it to fix?
3. How...

Are there any visible signs of a wheel bearing gone or on its way out?
I had the rear(s) replaced about this time last year and it appears the NSR is on its way out... again. Grrr!
So apart from the what can only be described as a whirring/grinding noise, which is similar to the noise I...
