Quite happy with these. Refurbed by the Wheel Specialist in Manchester on Tuesday. Bought some new wheel bolts from Demon Tweeks yesterday to compliment them

Nowt special in the mods department, Billstein B14 Coilovers, De-cat, APD matched inlets. Goes well for what it is tbh!

So simple, yet so effective - and it's mint! :approve:

All Cups need tbh! Look spot on out of the box imo :approve:

Looks good, happy to be back in a cup?

Well yes ish. I loved the 197, but this is a great motor for what i need at the mo. It feels well more brutal than the 197 ever did. I do miss the refinement of the 197, but meh, be reet ;)

Cheers fellas!

looks great matey! Did you paint the calipers with a brush?

I would happily give up my 197 to have that and some spare cash if I ever needed it.

That looks immaculate to me.

Cheers guys

Engine bay is immaculate!

What've you done with the fuel rail guard?

Lol, its in the shed. I sprayed up the inlets and guard before Steve @ Birchdown fitted the inlets, but the car is due an oil change in the next few weeks so i've left if off (and i dont have a deep 10mm socket lol)

Sprayed my friend. Not a fan of brushed finish, never looks good close up...... it upsets my OCD ;) I sourced a spare set of calipers, cleaned them up properly and did them after Christmas, just hammerite smooth silver. We fitted them a month or so ago. I'm toying with getting my originals powdercoated as its a much better/durable finish. I'll look into it :)

Not at all.

Calipers were Hamerite smooth silver (in spary form). The wheels were refurbed by The Wheel Specialist. http://www.thewheelspecialist.co.uk/

Refurbed in their code TWS sport 1. Good match for the the standard finish, i left the centrecaps as they didnt need matching.

No sorry :(

Went to Tweeks to the alignment done, and while i was there whipped out a bolt and asked if they had any lol. They do loads of sizes. I can get the part no off my invoice if that helps?

I'm in two minds whether to change to carbon bullets, or replace with new originals as you have done.

You got them new from a Renault dealer I assume? How much are they if you don't mind me asking ;)

Great minds. :p A freshen up with new bits makes it loads better than adding more crap to it.

Less is more fella ;)

Yeah from Renault, iirc around £20 each ish?

Mine were battered and beyond saving tbh, pitted to f**k!
