LOL ow horrible and gay looking are these new micras!!! i have one for the best part of this week while my car is away for repair. YUk!!!! Look horrible, inside they feel really cheap n nasty, and there doesnt seem to be much sound insulation either lol!!! I must say tho it is fun revving the nuts out of it! must be a 16v, maybe a twin cam coz it shifts when ya boot it! And i forgot what fun little skinny tyres could be!!! can slide n spin it much easier and at safer speeds!!! Not had a proper chance to compare it to my 1.2 16v yet but will do on way home. The feather-light steering doesnt give much confidence however!! it limits at 6500rpm..... I remember u lot talkin about them when they first came out! They really arent a patch on the clio for build quality or the likes.......but they do share the same mirrors!!!!!! heheheh........now i wonder if my car is fixed yet??

i had a 1.2 gsx or something like that and then 1.4 s and it was raaaapppiiiiddd for a micra that is. this was before my clio days.

lol - i have a micra at the moment too. Its a hire car while my williams lump is fitted @ Hillpower. Cost me £99 to hire for the week. It feels like a boat round corners & braking hard. Still it gets me from A -> B. i keep my head down at traffic lights cuz it look so silly - i can feel people looking and laughing at me

My valver should feel like an F40 once i get rid of this. Cant wait to have the clio back!

yeah i know what u mean about people lookin! i even had some other young guy up my arse in HIS new micra on the way to work........here is me trying to lay low and there is some other dude thinking im part of do u speak micra wanting to race.........funniest thing was when i spotted a clio......asking myself if he / she will have a look at my car.......thinking i was in the clio!

Ah well, clio should be well on her way getting fixed...........lol, i hope!

it is fun to drive..........but in a totally different sense to the clio! the main thing against it is........like u say.........its looks!! its quite weird, with the roads being a bit greasy, it spins quite easy in 1st n 2nd.........but apart from listening to the engine noise......you would be hard pressed to tell anything was happening........the steering is sooooo light and has no communication! The clio is certainly the better family member (in my opinion for what i look for in a car) but the micra is a hoot to drive (probably because it isnt mine?).........but i wouldnt buy one over the clio ........it does make good bait to wind my mate up with tho........he has a Civic type R, and doesnt approve of me calling japanese cars cack lol! (i know they aint really)
