Not my cup of tea at all tbh, imo the mk2 ph1 is an fugly car (all bar the RS) and doesnt take very well to modifying unless its a full ph2 facelift

Why do people raise their bonnets? Makes a car look like its been in an accident and not properly repaired IMO

Seen it done alot on jap turbo cars etc, i think its to keep engine bay temps down?

On a 1.2? Then again i cant say much, my corsa had some mods i look back on and cringe! I do like the wheels on that clio!

I still drive a 1.2 dynamique but its cos im 18 and skint! Im going down the 172 replica look this time!

the bonnet raises came about because i bought a strut brace that was meant to fit 'all clios'
like hell did it, it was too high and put alot of strain on the bonnet catch not to mention a small dent in the bonnet,
so i fort id jst sling some raisers on there, worked a treat,

ahh we all start somewhere, my first mod was a set of lexus lights :S
what was i thinking lol

theyre bumming me atm, im 19 wit 0ncb and a claims :S

Its oddessey not monaco as well I believe, could be wrong. The only monaco Mk2 was the Ph2 172 afaik.

i guess its a product of living in essex
im puttin 13" x 7.5" minilights on it next week,
and plan to take the stickers and sun strip off some time soon,

would like to take the bonnet raisers off, but it would mean loosing my strut brace, might try and get some smaller ones

gosh, didnt realise i drove such a chavy car lol
