gonna change the whinning 172 bearing

hopefully anyway!
do i just undo the tensioner from the top. release it i mean then lift up the front end of the car and then get the bearing from underneath? what holds it on by the way?
it the one next to the air con pump i'm taking about. had a quick look last week and it doesn't look like to much of a b**ch????
hope im not tempting fate!

take the bumper off and the headlight, you might need to undo the engine mount and jack the engine up a bit
