Headlight bulb removal Ph1 172

Help! This is proving to be a right pain the arse! For some reason I just cant get the bulb out, ive managed to unscrew the bulb from the rubber dust cover thingy so I can see the whole bulb. But I'm not sure how to get the bulb out the holder now? Flat head screw driver under the metal sill type thing?

I know im a tard! But this is pissing me right off now! Also is the bulb H7 or HB3? Cheers!

Will be a h7 and just give it a pull some times there proper proper stiff !!

You turn it through about 90 degrees then pull it out IIRC. Screwdriver ?! You'll f**k something up...

Is this the 'normal' one or the one with the plastic L bend on it ?

Ahhhhhhh I just thought your not trying to separate the bulb from the 'L' bend are you if so don't! And that's a hb3 bulb the clip should come off pretty easy though
