Hillclimb/sprint suspension options for non-sport

  MK2 1.4 16v
Hi all, I'm in the initial stages of building a budget(ish!) 1.4 16v mk2, primarily for hillclimbs/sprints with a few track days hopefully thrown in. Car will also be used a fair bit on the road but comfort not a priority. Budget of MAX £800

My shortlist so far is :
- Bilstein b8 dampers - not sure on springs. Recommendations welcome
- ST stx coilovers
- modded GAZ GHA coilovers (60mm bolt spacing modded to 58mm to fit my hubs)

Any experience of these setups and/or other recommendations. I'm open to suggestions.

Thanks
Matt

Regarding Gaz gha coilovers you just have to turn the knobs and drive the car to feel how it does when is it more or less stiff ...on my car my car i ve changed all suspension parts to clio 172 and the handling has improved a lot . Budget wise we all go just a little and then we pump more because you see improvements and feel good in it.
