manifold who,what&how much

after sacking the renaultsport ecu idea. and talking to a man who races the clio im after a 421 exhaust manifold and de-cat pipe. possibly a 182 manifold & downpipe anyone fitted this to a mk1 172? or anyone know where to get a stainless item? need more mid range (got caught in the wrong gear behind a golf gti NOT

I do have a 4-2-1 manifold that is better than both 172 and 182 manifold by an extreem amount. However, due to the length you need to run the rest of my matching system or modify your existing one, however, you are gauranteed to loose power.

You could modify it yea, but it wouldnt be a very good match as i run a large bore. The F4Rs like a large bore system.
