well today i was up at 9am, in 29 degree heat (im not complainig!!) its got to the stage where there is loads of niggly little bits to do that done look like much.
biggest job was extending the original fuel lines and setting them up for the bike carbs.. nightmare!!! after several trips to halfords lots of cuts and bruises
lots of head scratching...
we get this.. looks like nothing to 99% of the people on here but my god.. although i think the lower joints may leak a tad but we will see once the pump is on
fitted the outer door handles, another nightmare as the bolts had gone walkies
and the trim clips.. i thought this would be fun... it wasnt

still waiting for the new VW badge to arrive should be here on monday as its been on back oreder for a while
fitted the rear washer bottle and bracket, this is now routed to the front to act as the main washer source as the front one has been removed from the bay.
ive tried to clean it as best i can any ideas onhow i can make it look like new?
ive heard rice and shake like a mad woman works well, will see, i suppose it doesnt matter too much seeing is the car isnt 100% perfect but it would be nice for it to look well
