My 1.2 Dynamique needs slammin

Hiya all,

Done quite a lot to my car (bodykit, dual exit backbox, big ICE..etc), but needs lowering.

Its a 2001 1.2 16v dynamique on 18s, and needs lowering. Ne1 sugguest ne good springs/drop? Was thinking about getting PI springs (35front/30rear), cos dampers are ok?

Slammin?

drop it 60mm you wimp

(sh*t on 18s that must hit bridges)

what coilovers did you use fred? was looking at avo but it says tested to 35mm, so im assuming they will go a bit more.

I used FK automotive coilovers (but i had them made extra low)

Phil you need to get 60mm Pi springs minimum if you get 30mm me and tom will come round and shoot you!!!!

with a grenade made out of sticky tape, paper and string a-la "the A-Team" :D

seriously though, 60mm is a minimum for a clio

i had mine lowered 35mm and it still looked like a tractor

do you need any wheel arch mods if using 18s on the 2002 clio??

also, if lower by 60mm, dont u need to replace shocks etc? if so, where and what is best and least cost?

i reckon you can get away with 18s on a 60mm drop (minor rubbing but easily sorted)

Changing the shocks isnt needed but they will wear out eventually (after 12months approx)
