My Clio 1.2 (Pic Heavy)

Well been on hear a while now met some diamond people heres my clio. Not to everyones taste due to exhaust and probably the fact a sub is in my parcel shelf, still i love it.

Mods:

Powertec induction kit with relocation pipe.
Sprayed engine cover metallic red.
2x 12 inch audiobahn subwoofers 400 watt rms 800 peak.
1x 10 inch logitech (ripped from my computer lol ghetto styley.) 250 watt rms.
Juice 2400 watt 2 channel amplifier.
Sony head unit.
Ashley twin backbox, love the sound.

To do:
Lower.
Remap.
Alloys.

Thats it nothing to drastic like how it looks and find its pretty nippy for a 1.2 im still a learner so this is my first car.

Cheers for that fella yeah first car literally pride and joy lol. Dont want it to look stupidly overdone as i think it looks smart standard lowering on sportlines next month though

Well, been a while since ive posted (for those that are interested) cars had some changes as you can see.

Black wheels redone myself. (temporary as i want everything on the car black until i can afford 16 gloss black)

Has been tinted also.

Another one of tints.

What there intended to hide.

Tints don't look too bad actually as its black, i'm not normally a fan of tints, but yours are serving a purpose so justifys it a bit more.

Is there any reason you've made your sub install sooo large? i.e why is it so deep?? Like the exhaust, reminds me of my old one

bigger enclosure and ported mate much deeper bass have really noticed a difference and to be honest i dont have to do my mums shopping haha (jokes) just done it because my old box was pants, so went drastic

Having your old sub mounted in mid-air wouldn't of helped sound quality either mate

Not a fan of the subs but I had the same at your age as well, thank god I grew up Car looks well though, good work on the bay.

Nice one, it's going in all the right directions.

I think a set of 10mm spacers should be your next purchase having now done the wheels. Oh, and don't bother lowering it unless it's more than 40mm at least .

Thanks for the input, well yeah i am 17 and basically into rave music put it this way the set up is right up my street i dont want to over the chav the car by any means. Tints were for a reason aswell as adding to what i want and thats a completley blacked car dont think it looks like a van at all personally but each to there own. No limits to how dark you go on the back either by the way.

Just don't go getting black rear lights! Nowt wrong with the standard items and some silvatec bulbs.

im 18 and ive never been into that thing where people buy subs fill the boot with speakers just not woth it lol spend your money on racing seats, coilovers full exhaust system ect lol make your car look and sound sweet

To be fair mate it sounds immense well in my eyes, as for your tastes its a 1.2 spending i dont know 900? on racing seats not really worth it in my opinion im big on music mate so a massive kick drum from my subs gets me going lol. Coilies was something i was looking into though in the future and blacked lights, :O lol not cheap looking matte ones done with a can.

There is a danger of TOO much black though mate. Trust me, forget the idea of black lights. Colour code your rear badges instead.

Nothing restricting tints on the back 3 is there? As some vans just have metal and no windows, so would be loopholed?

Well havent updated in a while cars had some more minor changes.

Lowered on sportlines.
Engine bay been done up a little bit with spraying.
Dash inserts sprayed also.

To do:

Getting a new full piper unsilenced with mongoose de-cat.
Get it color coded.
Get it sitting on some 16's
Spacers.
Remapped by g.b.h motorsport.

looking good although i quite like the rocker cover before, the engine bay looks a bit too black now but clean none the less. maybe a blue to match the silicone hosing would work or carbon fibre. still looks good though.

definately colour code it, it makes a massive difference. also which eibach drop it the most sportlines or prolines. it is sportlines (-45 to 50mm) and prolines (-35mm). i can never remember which is which.

just seen this thread first off nice car and i like the way ur going with it, seems uv gone down the same root i have with not having a sports clio youv enthersized more on sound system ect... ur boot looks kinda like mine lol
