Lol, mines without any height adjusters in and mark wants to put it lower at the rear

Erm, top of rear tyre sits just inside the arch i think at mo. No idea on numbers.

What did the car run like with the cams installed but no remap? How long did you run it like this before having the remap? And when it was remapped I'm guessing it was the stock ecu used, where/how much?

^^^ Loads of questions!! It ran ok, but could tell it wasn't right, i didn't take it above 4k revs just incase something went wrong, didn't pay all the money for it to just blow up lol! Idle was fine as well

Got car back Saturday and had it mapped midday monday, so 2 days but didnt drive the car in between.

It has a superchip fitted by Sanspeed in Bexleyheath and then remapped and RR'd for about £120

nope. i think i wore down any wearable parts a long time ago.

looks lower in some pics than others though.... i wouldn't say it was lower than yours.

I think it was a flat fee for the Chris, all depends how easy it is i guess, m ine was a pain so if you get a safety devices one it could be less!

Just thought i'd do an update on the project..

Since having the engine work done the car has sort of sat idle for a while so i thought i'd do something about it!

I booked a track day at brands on the 7th november, so off the car went to elite in essex for camber and tracking set up with the track wheels on to make things easier..

Will be fitting new rear springs in the near future as the gaz ones are crap!

New gear box oil Redline MT90, drifters choice apparently and meant to look after syncromesh boxes very well!

AS for the track wheels i got a bit bored of having black and decided i wanted to stand out a bit, so i went for the brightest pink i could find...

Since my old tyres were totally fooked from lots of track day abuse i decided to get some proper track rubber as road tyres just wasn't cutting it anymore...look at the tread on these bad boys...

After that i decided to carpet the roof in acoustic carpet as closing the doors and hearing a nice echo, i didnt like very much, pics to follow of that though!

Next up is probably an oil change but i'll save that til after the track day! More updates and pics to come...

The backs only as low as that because the rear springs are fooked! Gaz coilovers all round, bumpy on the road, great on track!
