Right, just got bent over by photobucket
Anyway at the start of the day this was the state of the engine
Removed this bracket so i could get to the PAS pipe which was bolted to the gearbox
Took it off and decided to cut a little bit off
Before
Bit of anglegrinding later
Also decided to see what excess i could cut off the battery mount, gearbox mount
after
I then sprayed those parts silver
I think fully degreased the gearbox
Then masked up some bits
All painted
I think it looks much much better so i was really pleased with it
Then properly degreased the block and masked it up
All sprayed up in black
It was getting late so i replaced the gearbox bits and refitted the gearbox mount which i had sprayed black.
I'm really pleased with how it looks and i think its gona look great when the rest is done.
I'll be going outside tomorrow and will be painting the head, camcover, itb's and other brackets.
Also got to drop the sub frame and paint that.
More soon
