silver mk3 doncaster loudest bump valve ever

was going through the frenchgate tunnel tonight when a silver mk3 with twin center exhausts smoked rear lights and a dumpvalve louder than that of an evo or scooby lol tried to overtake me. i assume it was a 1.2 turbo. anyone else seen this?
