remember this car ??

Only now he says it was stolen recovered ! Hmm, the front bumper has some god awful mesh in it & that drivers seat is still looking wrong.

Also he claims to be 25 but can't get insured in it, surely anyone would get a quote first ?? (another thing Ali's 21 yet he got insured for a good price on his one)

Although judging by the A grade spelling in the advert, it seems like he couldn't even be bothered to do a spell check lol.

Cars for sale like this completely baffle me.

Aside from the quality of the text (come on pal - even if you can't spell, get someone else to proof-read it!!!) - £10k seems suspiciously cheap.

But £10k, anyway? I wouldn't buy a £500 banger off eBay. I once bought an item for £150 off there and was sh1tting it, thinking that the damn thing wouldn't turn up. If someone blindly wallops £10k into the sale, then they are asking for a disaster.

And why/how/WTF was he doing buying a car without getting insured on it first? Struggling to meet loan repayments - moving house - kid on the way - etc are all rational reasons to sell a car. But simply because you couldn't get insured on it? DIME............................................BAR. ;)

Avoid....... is all I can say.

this is the one from the ford dealers but it looks like it has been sold 50 plus miles away, we had the car in work for a while and i can say it was a very nice repair bar from what uve all spoted and the rear arch liners as these were very expensive,

I have bought my 1.4rt, Williams1, Mk1 172, Mk2 172 and 182 all off of ebay in the last 2 years without a single problem.
I have sold my 1.4rt, Mk1 172 and 182 on ebay without a single problem. What are you concerned about?

Norwich Union offer a free weeks insurance if you buy a car off of ebay. Maybe he did this just to collect the car and get it home before calling brokers. Maybe the car was such a bargain he didnt care and just bought it to sell on. Maybe he changed his mind, realised he couldnt afford it, his mrs said he had to sell it blah blah blah

So many jump to conclusions on here
