I'm starting to feel like I'm old. Stalker 2 I have no idea what is going on. Sometimes I just get mashed up walking through a field, another time some s**t just gets chucked at me and I die or there is some invisible dick who kills me. Not to mention the billion men with guns who also happen to kill me.

Has the patch been released for this? i downloaded it but then read it was bugged to death, they were working on a big patch due to be released soon?

Not sure, only big issue I have is it just drops to a few FPS and never recovers so need to restart it.

I think the main quest is bugged, and people losing stuff out of their inventory for no reason, also the AI randomly generating enemies right next to people which is why you might be getting mullered all the time.

I think the main quest is bugged, and people losing stuff out of their inventory for no reason, also the AI randomly generating enemies right next to people which is why you might be getting mullered all the time.

People were complaining about enemies appearing right behind them, so could well be mate, i really want to play it, but only when it's sorted out.

i really enjoyed Valhalla, i have started Odyssey and i think it may be bigger, took me nearly 8 hours to do the first little island.. 🙈

But i have downloaded Stalker 2, and it looks like a lot of the bugs have been sorted, i am so tempted to play that instead.

On Stalker 2, I'm not doing it right.

On my save it says 4 hours 12 minutes and it says 63 times I've been killed so a bit of maths says 60 kills in 4 hours is 15 an hour or 5 every 20 minutes or once every 4 minutes lol.

I'm enjoying Valhalla, too. I'm doing my usual thing of doing the side quests first. And then finding out later that it only unlocks when you progress to a certain point in the main quest line. FFS. I've wasted hours trying to shoot through windows and the like! I'm about half way through now and just rolled over 100 hours.

I'm enjoying Valhalla, too. I'm doing my usual thing of doing the side quests first. That has resulted in a problem, though... wasting hours trying to get a Loot Treasure or some other item behind a barred door, and not being able to get through it. And then finding out later that it only unlocks when you progress to a certain point in the main quest line. FFS. I've wasted hours trying to shoot through windows and the like! I'm about half way through now and just rolled over 100 hours.

Ahhh yes i remember that now, was pretty frustrating, i spent quite of bit of time doing similar, you sound like me, if i am in a place and their is treasure i am not leaving until i have got it....lol, and i am not a fan of going back to places once i have raided them and searched them.

Just got my son a G920 and stand for Christmas. Looks like I may get some use out of it too 😂.

Been playing a fiar bit of Indiana recently after my complete failure at Stalker 2.

This is far more up my street really enjoying it. I don't know why but the combat is just brilliant and simple. Reminds me a bit of Punchout

They had to turn the comments off due to loads of stupid people ranting about them going woke ffs, get over yourselves! Sure to be a great game. Been off gaming for a while to be honest but with GTA6 and now this coming, things are looking up for me...

I have DL it but not started it up to be honest, too much call of duty, life and the Lurgy getting in the way. I have Assetto EVO ready to go now to, hoping to get on that this weekend.
Probably end up on COD HC though recently bought upgrades, running it at 235hz on an OLED panel, it runs very nicely!

P.S. Friend was playing, said he was enjoying some good nostalgia moments/ soundtracks. He was stuck at a bit with a load off Nazi's last I heard.

Only use it for work mainly, as a version of it is used for military training and for modelling and simulation. It's a bit different to playing it though! 😂

I played it with a random group the other day, I really enjoyed it. Especially as we had to work as a team, granted this was against AI but the AI isn't stupid. Communication was the key to success and despite it being hard to navigate the vast amount of button presses for stuff it was really enjoyable. Just wish I had more people to play with on a regular basis.

I'm currently playing through one of the latest games from the last gamedev company I worked at (yeah, name-drop!) - Sniper Elite Resistance from Rebellion. I'm not going to lie, I quite enjoy the slower pace of these games and, whilst not offering anything revolutionary, I find them enjoyable. I still love the kill-cam, too, in all its horrific glory. Anyways, having played a few hours on it recently, I was unsurprisingly greeted with the following YouTube video on one of my feeds earlier...



Be sure to watch to the end where he shoots at the ballistics dummy head... holy cr4p. 🤣
