Turbo 6 Speed 182 Clio Track Day POV Video

Car  182 Turbo
New owner and member, wanted to share my first outing to the track with this little beast
A lot of members on here may know the car.

Sorry for the terrible camera angle, I realized my lap timer was blocking much of the view until after the fact.

The car held up great other than the exhaust flames melting the rear bumper cover a bit, and unfortunately I did break a CV joint on the passenger side.
The long uphill right hander at turn 12 is probably what did it in, so will need to locate a replacement before the next track day hopefully

Cheers,
Aaron from Canada

Nice! Looks like a great circuit that, too.

Turn 1 has had the most crashes as it's a very high speed corner with a reducing radius.
However turn 2 you're going straight into a wall at 100 mph if your brakes fail

I was taking it really easy as it was the car's first shakedown with me behind the wheel, was only driving at about 7-8 10ths most of the time
Also the R888's are quite slow as they are a decade old tire technology, with RE-71RS would easily pick up an extra 3-5 seconds per lap
