You "might" be able to get away with a 75 with a progressive controller, 50 would be the max I'd go without however.
Gearbox will be fine just ensure the fuelling is perfect.

A friend of mine painted his rocker cover with normal paint, didnt flake off or discolour and I can imagine that getting a fair bit hotter!
A colder plug wil disspate more heat

My Ecoexplod engine had white deposits on the spark plug then changed from heat range 5 to 6 and now looks...
Nice idea I remember reading about an M5 which had a twin rear mounted turbocharger :cool:, but as ben has said its more efficient/easier and probably cheaper to mount in the traditional method. So 9 times out of 10 this is what people will go for.
