Yeah thats true, I will have 5 years NCB...actually I think I may do already!
I should probably call them.
Also, when I bought the insurance this year I was at home, and will be at home more time than I am at uni in Leeds (8 months / 4 months respectively) do I need to tell them, I was advised...
Direct Line. My 21 year old mate pays less than £800 on an R26, I pay £700 on my 172...beat that!
Don't use price comparisson sites by the way, they are terrible. Cheapest I got on there was over £1800!!!
Cool thanks for the suggestions, hopefully my hands fit and I don't break anything!
Quite easy though on scale of things to do...compared to say changing indicators which I found 2/10 difficult...?
I have a Sony unit with digital connection and interface, and still retain CD functionality as it flips down...not got the time to find the link now but was about £220, works amazingly and looks the nuts.
Cheers mate, thanks. Anything I should be carefull off? And no tools neededed then?
Alan - isn't that illegal lol?! And obviously you need them when you don't have your main lights on too...!
5110 with slimline battery and pearlescent black flipdown cover - that was THE phone at the time!
My best phone ever was the 8210 though - if they brought out the exact same phone now with a colour screen and bluetooth would definitely get one - small, light, attractive and worked well. I...

Basically you apply it prior to waxing, not sure if it works well for sealants.
Hi guys, hoping for a little advice...I have just received my new frosted white sidelights and keen to get them in ASAP (I think you can guess where this is heading...;) ) erm, basically, how do I do this and will I need any tools?
Thanks!
Tom.
I am a sealant ho' over the colder/ wetter months (so 10 months of the year then) so maybe not essential. But, for example at the moment, haven't applied any wax to my car or sealant or anything except QD for getting on 10 weeks (bit of a record there, my mum would be proud!) so when I am home...
Good write up Rich, nice to hear some objective testing and against similarly priced waxes.
Was thinking of getting the Blue Velvet as an improvement over the 476s but I won't bother now!
Might go for some of the Lime Prime though, would you ever use this instead of SRP on a full detail or...
Yeah I never do more than one coat of SRP, they say it provides some protection but thats what you have a sealant/ wax for.
One coat by PC is where its at.
Sweet. I do actually quite like sports-vans. That VW van that was out last year was brilliant.
Russ, do you have a blue 182 btw, with a Gas sticker on the front left corner I think?
It's not really just the speed that makes rotarys dangerous in the wrong hands, its the motion type of the head. Random orbitals, like the PC, move in eccentric circles so don't focus the pressure on one area for too long. Rotarys work in a normal circle when spinning so focuses the pressure...
