my parents live in Maidenhead, i live at the top of a hill in Windlesham. So, I pull out in first so the cars rolling nicely downhill, gently slip into 3rd as the pace/momentum gathers, then gently press the accelerator so we slip seamlessly into a pace thats right for third gear. I do this BTW...
