Ha, i love the way people describe a small amount of difference, i would hardly say it would eat the Cooper S, faster yes but eat no!
James had already mentioned it wasn't about speed!
I have a 182 and the mrs has a Cooper S, i love driving them both, the 182 is a bit more raw a slightly quicker than the Mini, but the power delivery in the Mini is great so smooth, a bit more refined, i also prefer the look of the Mini, yeah you get the Gay Car!!! comments off people, but...
I think i've seen both of you around, see plenty more in the area but not sure they are on here, mines the one thats usually got the roof bars on. I'll give you a nod next time i see either of you.

i've used them, very good in the snow, IF you are sensible and don't expect to be going 60mph with them. didn't really need to use them much as the roads were very well ploughed

Very nice bike, i've got a Santa Cruz Heckler, its was a toss up between that and the Joker, but got the Heckler at a great price, I ride the mendips, Quantocks, and South Wales, well did, haven't ridden much in the last year, damaged my knee mid last year and haven't really got back into yet...
I have the thule roof bars too, i've had them for years on my Megane aswell as the clio, they are excellent, solid when they are on but easy to remove too. My mate works next to the Thule distribution site in Cleevedon, he got a good deal on the kit for his Audi, let me know what you want and i...
