^^ that, IPA wont remove these marks, the paint work is damaged. Easy way to double check is to wash a panel with a strong de-greasing mixture (washing up liquid) and see if it dissapears.

I have my BTB on for about 2 months now, and I must say that the built quality is superb. But... it's just a little too loud for me :( The booming-boom just gets really annoying on motorways when covering a lot of miles. Would be perfect as a weekend car though. Any ideas if the back box fits...

My experience with cheaper clays is a lot of marring, so 99% of the time a good (machine) polish afterwards is required. If that's no problem, 8,95 for 200 grams is cheap!

EliteCarCare's yellow polyclay thing. Cheap and effective, but might cause marring to soft Renault Paint so polishing with an abresive polish afterwards would be smart.

Used Mothers Top Coat on the clio 2 weeks ago, must say the shine is immense: Durable it's not, two weeks after application beading sucks, sheeting is ok.

Collinite 476S as the first coat, then top with Mothers Reflections Top Coat for an immense shine. But, there are sooo many combinations to make and products to go for..

I don't know why people always scream Swissvax when it comes to matte finishes. Just because it has a sticker that say's "especially for matte finishes" doesnt mean that other products won't work just as well! (something with 'marketing'). Example for wax: Dodo Juice Supernatural 200ml €...

He's aiming for a polish, so go with master gally and master JD--> LC orange/light green/white hand pads are the way to go!

+1, you must be unlucky. Used mine yesterday again, own it for over a year now and still works great. No Hairs falling out.

I don't know the English name, but if you are scared to use a water hose you can also use this with clean water (I use it to water the plants) Only the pink one will do.

Also think about the ClearKote Red Moose Machine Glaze as a filler heavy product.
