Haha looked good on yours so had to do it :) yeah 350-400, it's a gt30 with gt28 exhaust housing so won't be massive power but I hope will reduce lag but at the same time have a big punch :)

Lol I'll be fitted LSD with a circlip plate :) hopefully it will be ok if I don't launch it too much haha

What difference does having a LSD diff and circlip have over a standard diff and box?

More grip basically, better around corners, I think less torque steer and less wheel spin, the circlip pops off easily and is a box off job so using a bolted in plate is the best idea

I understand the benefits of a LSD from a performance point of view, but you made it sound like it might handle the power a little better and it last longer. I think at that power instead of spending your money on a diff for a JC5 box, I'd consider having the VAG box put on that Andyrg does... IMO of course

The circlip failure does not require the box to be removed, only the passenger driveshaft.

Then finished at near on midnight...

Not bad for a direct gloss paint in an old open front shed, few niggles but will polish out :) very happy and better than the previous bodyshop's job :)

Parts all came just waiting on my supertec exhaust valves..

Never the less I took the engine to the builders to get started and ill send the valves over when they come for him to do the head :)

Then I had a spare day and once id rotated the new turbo housing the actuator bracket didn't fit :( sooo I got fabricating, my weldings not anything to shout about but its good enough for this sort of stuff :)

Then the gearbox a snazz up, decided to stick with stock at the moment until I collect parts for O2M

Then finally I found a cup alternator setup to replace the PMS kit, the PMS is a great bit of kit but I needed a new alternator and you cant just run a shorter belt on it and with me binning off the PAS I wanted to do that :)

Cheers for the offer, might just drop it off at yours then. Lol

Can you take a pic of your actuator bracket in situ? Why did you need such an angle? Could you not just rotate the bracket?

Was also having issues with the liquid metal bungs I made for the EPAS conversion, I couldn't get hold of any M12 x 1.0 bolts so I welded up the holes on my brass fittings which went quite well, then I cleaned them up on the grinder
