Yep that's the one. Good it in with the pliers and screw it in quite a bit, then live the ball up with the cup and screw it out to push it home in the cup. It can be a bit fiddly to get in but it will go, I've done 3 or 4 now.

Found my gold Recaro stickers in the cupboard so I fired them on, sanded and polished the spare headlights! And picked all the dead flies and spiders out of them

Ripped the interior rear trims, speakers and all the rear seat belt gumf out and fitted the blanks I wrapped in carbon with good old tekkies

Happy with the look of the inside of Ma sills too!

Finished restoring the headlights and sealed them with gtechnique c5, removed the green stickers and machined my sideskirts for the new gold rs 182 stickers, much prefer! Next job get the headlights in

Bit of a clean and fitted the black Insert xenons today, not a huge difference but definitely like it, slowly getting round to fitting accumulated parts haha, grey Inserts will be up for sale soon when I can be arsed making a for sale post

Picked up a cheap upper dash and ordered a flocking kit off ebay just to see how it goes, seen one or two that looked pretty good, kit should be here Monday so I'll get into that next week, and FINALLY fit the gloss black centre dash trim that came with the rest of the bits from sprayshack

Had the dremel out at the weekend getting the centre bit out, ready for flocking! Just need to try find some spare tweeter covers and the fact that no vent for going gloss black and some a pillar trims for flocking at the same time

Pms top mounts and strut brace fitted, alignment done, wheel bearing done and a few wee bits, drives a dream, next stop - fancy brakes

Haven't had a good blast yet cause of traffic on the way home... Private road traffic..... But it seems to be more planted, will get a good shot tomorrow or somethin, it drives like new but I'm gunna say most of that is getting the alignment done and my wheel bearing was totaly shat [emoji23]

I love getting the car back from swr they're so good to it [emoji23]

Big stoppers with ktec braided lines aquired [emoji7] gunna order an o ring kit for them and freshen them up, I was gunna hammerite them black but after I gave them a quick wipe they're an awesome cokour and I kind of like it, however they're a bit rusty in places so needs must. Also going to paint the writing gold

Alternstor decided to s**t itself so picked up a used broken genuine one, off to dunfermline to get that in for a refurb tomorrow, hopefully it's actusly fixable [emoji23]. Also some photos of the carbon bits fitted, forgot about that haha

Alternator collected from forth auto electrics, 47 quid to sort it, apparently needed new regulator, much cheap! Car will be running and have baller brakes on soon!

Chuffed with the brakes, need a bit of heat to be good but they're awesome and look spot on, couple of ad08r's for the front next and hopefully get the wheels powdercoated silver, typ200 brake fluid ordered too

Most recent unnecessary purchase came aswell, a 5mm phenolic gasket for the bottom of the inlet, this will go on with the sm inlet, these gaskets are used by the Glassworks etc as they're brilliant at lowering gas Temps, the advert for it showed it reducing the inlet Temps by 46 degrees ish, which is ludicrous, I'll be happy if it even makes a 10 degree difference but was speaking to someone the other day who at efi made a significant enough difference nice to justify 33 quid on it [emoji23]

Brake fluid change later today, treated myself to a v6 rep spoiler aswell, efi booked for mid November for mapping and manifold stuff, hopefully this keeps it happy for a while [emoji23]
