@Rob you get the idea...

Need to get the wheel off and take some of the brake setup, but I'm not doing that today :smile:

Aerocatches fit perfectly...

Nice mate, thats some spec!

How do the aerocatches work mate, i wouldnt mind some.

Do you open your bonnet with these and how do you open/lock it?

Does your standard bonnet catch still work?

Cheers dude.

Aerocatches replace the pull / bonnet catch in it's entirety. You basically push them to open them. I'd recommend locking ones... :smile:

Thanks Cub ill look into it, they look good imo, it makes you think "wonder whats under there" :tongueout:

  330i. E30 Touring.
Nothing at all untidy about the catch install in my eyes.

To finish, get a file out and take any sharp edges off. Then get some pink nail varnish and touch in anything silver to prevent rust. simple.

@Rob With a spare 10 minutes this morning, I took one of the wheels off for some more photos. Yes, some of them aren't brilliant, but I'm not David Bailey and I don't intend to spend time trying to be so jog on @Daniel. :)

And the mincing hero that is @NorthloopCup send me some of these 'work in progress' shots of my new hubs, which he has kindly painted with his dainty hands, thrown new bearings into them and is awaiting a few off here to finalise payment so they can get the roll centre adjustment bits on :) I'm sure @Phase1sr will approve of the shiny nature.

I'm awaiting for the willys wheels back from the powder coaters, and kindly @BIGASH is going to act as my tyre supplier, so we should all be set for Bedford on the 28th. Need to do a few road miles in the clio to bed the brakes in, as it hasn't moved further than 2 miles for nearly 6 weeks. Current dirty car fleet, with trusty micra steed front and centre 😂

Well, you're no David Bailey... :tonguewink:

Off topic... but why are the desk tops fitted upside down?! Or are those holes where the divider panels fit? Anyways, I digress..

Yeah there used to be dividers there, but they decided that they made it feel like a 'closed in unfriendly environment' as you couldn't see people's hands?! Seriously, wtf???
