To be fair, he can always switch his defending to Legacy style and not Tactical. Takes it back to F11 stylee.
Haha I know. I was winning 4-0 and for that brief moment I felt like a champion.

Not bothered downloading the demo. I'll buy FIFA 13 the day of release regardless.
The defending doesnt work for me, i am pressing tackle like no ones business and they do nothing what so ever, i have lost every game i have played on the demo. must be on the highest level seeing as like i say, tackling or defending is impossible. winding me up already so wont bother with the full game, it has gone backwards in that respect imo

Again cheating! It'd be like playing champ manager with classic tactics. I just couldn't do it!
Its not that im not good, its just the players dont responsed. i am pressing tackle and they stand there like lemons sticking out the ocassional leg. plus, all of my players are slower than the opposition, i am holding down sprint yet they still get out paced. I get the ball and straight away they take it off me
this is one thing i have noticed players that in real life are much faster than certain defenders get caught up like they are walking backwards, first fifa im going to buy though i think it pretty epic
Fifa defending is a bit like an arcade racer... If you have a spin then you seem to catch the pack really quick but then the pace evens out. Same if an AI spins, they will magically catch up but not pass.
This also happens with the players, I think it's supposed to simulate shoulder barging and that it wouldn't be easy to sprint past someone of they are leaning into you etc
Sometimes you get on the break and your not near their player so you keep your pace
