Abit of a pointless thread but nm, specs of the cars:

Ph1:
De-cat
Cat-back
Fully Stripped with 1 standard seat
Matched inlets
ITG Panel + filter bolted directly to TB

Missed anything danny?

Ph2:
Rear end fully stripped
Rs tuner remap
Ktec mild steel stealth system
Standard ph2 box + K&N panel filter
Bucket seats

Would the ph1 go better with a bonnet on? obviously not as much air getting to the lump but surely more aerodynamic?

All the same though, the ph1 is same spec i want mine at, apart from i want an rs tuner re-map as well

dannys car is so loud its untrue lol, pops and bangs like crazy, im proper jealous!

I suppose bonnet on might have been slightly better, but he saved the weight without it as well, plus mk1's always run strips without bonnets and get ready results.

The 2 races before he was more like 2 cars ahead of me but I missed 2nd in the first and bogged down the 1st time, this was the only half decent race where I only messed up 2nd slightly! dannys is quick off the mark though, from rolling starts we are nearly always neck and neck really!

Cheers for comments, Aerodynamics wouldn't matter too much for the speeds we were going I'd imagine.

I would like to get some more power out of it. RSTuner is defintely on the cards for Christmas time Then its a decision between Turbo and Cams.
