Even if you get it sorted and it ends up in your favour as a "no fault" accident, Admiral group could well still penalize you. I was on the receiving end of a small shunt whilst queuing a couple of years back and altho' I was totally blameless and everything was settled quickly Admiral/Elephant stick £150 on the cost of a policy as soon as I tick the "accident in last 3 years box". I paid £700 on Directline, would've been around the £600 mark if they didn't class at fault crashes differently to other insurers![]()
