Right, laptop is still shagged but borrowed my bro's!
Did a bit more last week, stripped the cambelt off, for 59K and 9 year's old it didn't look so bad! ha ha!
, Got gaz on painting duty, he has painted the cam carrier and top engine mount with crackle paint.
Ordered a breather plate for a 197 as i have binned the carbon canister, had a set of poly dogbone bushes turn up on saturday, also ordered some bilstein B14's, they haven't turned up yet, bit dissapointed tbh as i hoped they would have turned up.
Going to do some more tomorrow, gaz has had a few tips off Matt@TDF, so were good to roll i think, cams will be going in thursday night i hope.

Belt and cam pulley's all off :
one shagged dephaser pulley, and exhaust cam pulley :
Standard cams ready to remove :
Lower plenum / inlet removed :
Cam carrier and mounts / covers ready to paint :

First few are from tuesday night, me and the king kev gazla did a little bit of faffing, mainly just thinking forward planning, gaz removed under bonnet lining / heatshield
Old fly by wire throttle pedal :
New cable pedal that comes in the kit, along with posh mounting plate :
Cable installed through grommet that renault kindly left there for ITB usage at a later date!!
