who has had there 182 cup alloys gloss black?

think i saw someones black/gold 182 with gloss black alloys on ere?

im having myn done and was wondering are they powder coated or just painted?

which paint would everyone recomend?

this is exactly what i am considering, but only thing holding me back is the weight of these rims. need some lighter ones.
