Oh dear - what a missed opportunity :(
Having had a Cup previously - despite the sh1tty dealers - I would have seriously considered another one. But for me, this new "Cup" 182 just doesnt have the same appeal.
Renault - thanks...but no thanks...
Yeah - thats the one I mean!
Knew there was a green in the name somewhere! lol
Either way, its the one further down from St James on the opposite side of the road underneath the Omni complex!
Ill try and meet up with you guys on Saturday at the Forth Road Bridge, or failing that Ill try and pop along on Saturday night.
Regards places to go in Falkirk:
Pubs - Town centre venues Id suggest are Behind The Wall, Comma, The Canteen, Rialto, JD Wetherspoons (prob same as any other JD...
Guys - as a local, Im happy to take you some of my favourite local routes around Falkirk if anyone wants to go for a quick blast at some point over the weekend - anything from 15 minutes to an hour if youre keen and can fit it in :)
Can recommend all the good pubs/restaurants and those to...
Had a few now - right before the Cup was a 206GTI (my 2nd) and before that was this:

Then my first 206GTI and a 306XSi. Plus a Corsa SRi 16V back when they were first launched - 1994 on an M plate
450 miles back from London when I collected the Cup - nicely ran in by the time I got home!
600 miles round the Highlands on some of the best driving roads to grace this Earth!

Wonder Wheels - but not too often - does the trick for mine :) If youve got the time, taking them off to clean round the back makes them look cleaner for longer. A bit of wax helps keep the dust off longer too.
Dont have a look at it in the car park today though as its not been done for a...
Ive sold plenty of cars through forums/websites. Ive also bought 3 which I spied in the same way. Travelled to Chester to buy my Impreza without seeing it, and London to buy my Cup. Its all part of the adventure! :) Same goes for parts - bought an exhaust from someone on here, and sold it to...
Buy mine in the For Sale section instead :)
More miles than an ex-demo, but I can guarantee itll have been better treated!
Plus think of the money you can save to spend on other things :D
Always been wary of Slick 50 and the like.
Have a read of this article http://www.vtr.org/maintain/oil-additives.htmlhttp://www.vtr.org/maintain/oil-additives.html before you decide to give it a go.
Tried Slick 50 in my one of my cars ages ago, and it did seem quieter, but after...

Sorry to see your pics - its not a pleasant experience watching your car go up in flames, but at least no-one was injured.
Similar thing happened to my Dads car almost exactly 3 years ago - and that prompted me to go out and buy a fire extinguisher which lives in my car to this day.
Id...
Ive got Chris172s old K-Tec and can confirm it is loud!
Its definitely throaty and you get a real scream from it when giving it some large :D I love it!
As long as you prefer your exhausts on the loud side, then the K-Tec is fine - mine has been on for about 8 months now and Im still happy...
Ive already got the K-Tec cat back system - just need a decat to complete the system hence the query.
I shudder to think how noisy its going to be with a decat :devilish:
Fingers crossed for some nice flames too :D
As Paul mentioned, pretty poor show from the ClioSport members - people moan about there not being any meets and then no one turns up when there is one :(
Im not having a go at anyone in particular, but poor attendance at meetings makes it even less likely that there will be any in the future...
