Need to find out the brand of manifold you have and get the matching downpipe, that looks like a supersprint manifold in that pic, they come with tyeir own downpipe that fits them and bolts onto the cat (or de-cat) ;)

Depends totally on the pad and car, and what sorta milegae you doing, A roads, motorway, round towen?

How do you think race cars bed their pads in??? Using them hard, just gotta know what you're doing, ignorance is what f***s pads/discs, like chinese whispers, a mrethod gets bounced around so much important bits get missed out, or bits changed

Unless you're swapping teh car loom as well you're best off getting an engine of the same phase or you can potentially run inot all sorts of problems. Would it not bea easier just to buy a complete clio, plenty of the smaller engined ones knocking about for next to nothing.....just doesn't seem...

Parts are cheao if you know where to go, its the labour thats expensive....not the easiest cars to work on lo....but gotta love em

Mate you can go as low as you want on springs, dont' take much to get and get a set of springs made up to drop it 300mm if you really wanted. You can get custom springs made up at the same poundage from a motrosport place, just shorter, but most likley with a car full of people you'll be riding...

The clio ones aren't built into the rad, why would they change it for one phase of one model

Easiest thing to do is have a look, if its got a cooler its about 4" thick and sits between the filter and block

I got mine done at Powerflow in Birmingham, existing scorpion backbox mated up to a custom stright through centre section and de-cat. Thats when i ahd my rsi a few years ago, same system is on my hybrid.....still going strong

99% sure the RSi's done have oil coolers. Cracking little cars though, i'd have one over a valver any day
