182 vs R32 revisited

Hi Guys/Girls,
Some of you may remember this vid http://s47.photobucket.com/albums/f192/Dubai182/?action=view&current=R32vs182.flv where i get spanked by a R32 from a drag start. Well i was back at it last night since the last vid i've done a few mods and it seems to of worked .

This first vid of the R32 trying to catch me round a very cool road. It's part of where i live and very unknown so it makes a perfect stomping ground. I was braking very early due to my pads have nearly gone and didn't want to have an accident and as you can see he catches me well under braking.

This one is a 0-110mph dash,excuse the horrific quality,lol. He used launch control but had a passenger which makes a lot of difference i think,shame the sound doesn't work..

Group N ECU,Decat,Manifold match. The group N has made the biggest difference by far, its pretty quick for those mods i think,can beat a standard 182 quite comfortably.

does that R32 have the DSG gearbox? sounds very boring..cant beat a good ol' manual!

Yeah its DSG,he was using paddleshift around the roads. Can't quite translate the sound onto vid as it does sound immense in person. Not a very rev hungry engine,redlines at 6,500RPM
