This morning my wife slid the drivers seat forward and the catch broke off leaving the seat to slide back and forth freely. Managed to drive it to Renault (which is more difficult that at first thought as every time i broke sharply i was squased against the steering wheel.) The told me that it wont be fixed till monday.

Renault now want to charge me £60 plus vat to diagnose the problem. wtf!!!!

I gave them the broken bit and told them what was wrong - how much more diagnosing does it need.

"Diagnose this..." ***Slap him with broken bit*** "...asshole."

as for £60 lol, dont think youll be paying that

bit worrying that it broke in the first place really
