You not got the tool to put them on and off?

Nah I just turn em by hand.

Looks much better dropped by the way. Leave it like that!

I've just ordered a Meguiars dynacone to polish the lips on my RC's, get them super shiny.

Oh and an M3 backbox modified to fit to give it a bit more rumble - I'm not mechanically savvy enough to debaffle my std backbox.

As I've said before, Amazing!

Cheers bro, the rear springs have settled better now :) lol!

Sounds fun mate, you should get that tool. It should be in your boot above the spare wheel :)

Nice! I took mine for a blast today, first time in aaaaaages. God I love E36's!

I love them too, I'm going to have to raise it up as its pretty undrivable this low

That looks spot on mate. V low on the front, any scrubbing?

Not really no. I can't go over even the smallest speed bump or hill without the bottom of the car scraping over it though. It'll go back up next weekend.

My only issue is the tyres on the front are too small. Wish I had got 215/45s.

  DC2 TypeR / E36 328i
Seriously regretting the 205 40s. Going to play with the ride height some more to see if I can get it looking right without scraping on every little bump in the road.

Otherwise I'll be going for some 215/45s (Like I should have from day one!! :( )

  DC2 TypeR / E36 328i
That bad?? But it looks so good :(

Its ridiculous mate. Its mostly the lower bumper plastics that can be removed, but I can't go over any size of speed bump without something under the car scratching. Also I'm pretty sure I've scratched the side skirt, I've noticed a mark I've never noticed before. (about 15cm long on the base of the skirt)

Does look good though, I can't stop taking pictures of it.

Your inbox is full chum.

Sorted, although I found your for sale thread on BMWowner now.

That looks sooo good.

Needs the M lip on that front bumper..;)

Definitely the next mod.

That's looking bloody brilliant!

Cheers mate.

hi m8 is this msport

There were no m-sport branded e36's. It is a sport which is equivalent.

As above.

;)

One sold for 7k the other day, was Hellrot red with around 50k on.

I've seen mint ones go for under 3k on ph. At 7 it must have been very special. They will end up like e30 325's eventually it really is the right time to buy one

Yeah I know, we were laughing about it but then the seller listed that it had sold and he was looking for other 328i Sports to sell on. Madness.

Yeah been trying to edit that listing, dunno how.

I'd let em go for £200 and I'd meet. They're on ebay. 261409939788

Gave the exterior wash a too as today I've been to a show/meet in the car. Usually take the Integra to these events, but wanted to see how the BMW was, and the drive down was much nicer

On the way home I wanted to get some pictures of the Harrier outside of RAF Wittering, the RAF guard on site was happy enough for me to do so, so I cracked on :)

Overall a good day... the trip resulted in a pleasant 36.7mpg on the OBC too.. 420 miles so far this tank and the petrol light isn't on yet!

Like a toss I didn't disconnect the battery when taking the seats at so have the airbag light on now. Will just need a reset from INPA (thanks to Jord for sorting me out with that)

One thing I'd like to do to the car soon is to get some kind of device fitted which will maintain a constant speed whilst cruising on the motorway without intervention. Anyone have any idea of anything that might exist to perform that function?

  DC2 TypeR / E36 328i
I do love how this sits. Any more plans for it?

I think it looks fantastic, the colour really pops  I still like decent E36's like this :approve:

Looking really good mate.

How you getting on with the scrubbing?

I've still got the srubbing. Not sure on what to do. I have 3 options...

* Raise the car up 20mm, which I really don't want to do as I love how it sits
* Remove the wheel spacers, or fit smaller ones
* Fit smaller tyres, which I don't want to do, as I'm already 20mm smaller than OEM per tyre on the rear
* Live with it - which is not really an option.

I THINK, I might get away with 10mm spacers. Going to remove the spacers entirely this weekend and give it a test for clearance.

Anyone have any 10mm they want rid of?
