I've been with BT for quite a while. Apart from India answering you (which was irritating at first, however the other day I had to re-load my broadband onto a new lap-top and the Indian guy was spot on!) I have found BT really good.

The V6 is quite hard to find, when you go though they are nice with leather, cc, 6 cd, walnut detail and all that as standard. I'll be getting a "real" V6 in about 2/3 years time though! (as in a clio one) :)
