I've had another look and took a quick video.... The tensioner looks to be touching the belt as there's a mark along the belt in line with where the tensioner's coming into contact with it...
The pulley stops turning momentarily when turning the steering wheel...
Lads (and lasses!),
For a while now, i've had a grinding / belt slipping noise when turning - it started off as only on full lock but has got worse recently, from reading posts on here it sounds likely it's posssibly the aux belt tensioner. It's an '04 172, and 2 years / 12K miles back had the...

If your tv's connected via scart, you should be able to go into the settings menu from the home menu, then option 4 - change display settings, you can then go down to the volume control & use left & right to adjust volume...
Let me know if you're connected via hdmi & I'll have another look...
You can reset the v+ remotes so they go back to altering the volume of the v+ box, rather than the tv. You can then re-program it to control your tv....I'll see if I can find the info for ya mate..
EDIT, if before you had a normal samsung box (with the blue remote) that you hadn't programmed...
Saw you this afternoon going over the Queen Alex bridge, I would've follwed you round onto the 1231 for some fun but I had me dad in the car....Car sounds nice mate - I normally only see it when it's parked outside your mrs' place so never normally hear it
Not sure about the difference between normal V box and V+ box connected via scart, however there is a difference between scart and HDMI via V+.....I regularly switch between the two (as I've got a video sender conencted via scart that I use if i want to watch tv in bed) and I can see the...

Cheers for the comments....I must admit this is my favourite time of the day....I love the variations in colour in the sky, I just wish I wasn't such a lazy sod and could get myself out of bed at this time!

Some people have managed to get disks working by putting it in the freezer (in a sealed bag!), although the disk doesn't work for very long at all I'm afraid (anything from a few seconds to a few minutes, maybe enough...
Decided to take the camera out this morning for sunrise when I took my dog Jake out for a walk, these were the better ones....I don't think they're too bad considering I was half-cut and had just got in from boozing!
We had a grandstand game - it was from the late 70s / early 80s, it had 2 paddles that slid off the side, and also had a light gun. It had a knob that you turned to select the games - skeet and tennis are the only two I can remember. I've had a look for pics of the one we used to have but...
I don't get this, I thought Day was on about miss t15ghe & cyrillsneerscup that had just used the same comp, which would make sense.
But then again I don't get why she'd create an account just to 'spot' herself - she's been a member on here for over 2 years, why she start now?
I can...
