Whats the crack with this special coating that Renault try to flog you when you buy your nre 182/225 etc. Is it some kind of resin coating?? I think the cost is about £200-£300. Is it worth it or is it just the lads in the Renault dealer putting some polish on for you?

Hi Just bought a Road Angel to hopefully stop the points totting up on my licence. The problem is that the 172 has a fancy windscrren so had to buy a re-radiating ariel to enable the unit to work. Anyone had one of these in a 172 and where did you put the ariel so it worked best. Ta
