I used BeyondPod, and paid a couple of quid for the full version to get the extra functionality.
You can still search for & import the itunes podcast link, that's how i got a few.
I cannot check the website linked by the OP, but basically using a gsm/3G antenna on the outside of a building, linked to an internal signal booster / re-broadcast device will work but legally you need an license to operate it.
FWIW, kits are available on eBay for around £100 or so that will do...
Listen to motorsport magazine's podcast with Richard Noble from earlier in the year, astonishing what the lengths they have to go to to try & achieve perfection in every aspect of the project.
I have a netgear ReadyNAS duo 2, it is indirectly plugged into our broadband router via ethernet powerline adapters.
I save music & films to it from pc/laptop, it's possible to also upload to it via IOS/Android apps as well.

I think only pre-order comes with the China Rising expansion pack - one suggestion is that if you're going to buy Premium in order to get all future updates, you may be best off getting one without the C.R. expansion pack, so you don't end up paying for it twice. I don't know if post-release...

When you say the back of the stereo, do you mean your head-unit, of the blue parrot box? (assuming you have one of those kits)?
The display does get a little warm with the brightness turned up. And some aftermarket stereos do get hot (some include include internal fans, they can get that bad!)
Make sure you've got a decent oil wrench, maybe one like this; http://www.screwfix.com/p/laser-oil-filter-pliers-50-114mm/38864
Chain-tool ones are rubbish, as i've long since learnt from experience, and pushing a screwdriver through to turn it will just end in tears....
If you can use a spare wireless router, use that and a pair of powerline adaptors.
Disable DNS on the 2nd router, connect it to the main router using the powerlines. Then use it to broadcast a 2nd network (your choice to use same SSID network name or a different one) at the back of the house...
