Evo 5 RS
WTF is Sam's website about lol.
Thanks, but it wont take 5 minutes so I'll get the part number off mine tonight to be sure. I could've got crossed-wires regarding the pin but will confirm with Alcon again tomorrow. I spoke with a very helpful guy at PF called Charlie, I learnt a lot about the different torque characteristics and basically the pads he would recommend for our cars are the 01 (which you're running) or the 07. The 07's aparently give better initial bite but might be prone to locking the wheels on a light car like the Clio but because I mostly drive Brands Indy would probably be better suited for me. I think for you, your car and racing it the 01's are best especially because you're not running ABS. I just need to get the part number tonight and speak with Alcon first to then find exactly which pad size/reference I need to give PF. I'm away for a lot of May but if around will take the day off and come and get in your way!My callipers are off the car if you want me to get the number for you? I did have it written down somewhere but couldn’t find it yesterday when I looked. I spoke to Alcon a while ago and they said they didn’t produce different pins as I did ask them directly. I didn’t need to change the pin for the pads i’m using now though. Will be interesting to see what PF say if you could let me know please Yes definitely Mark, Unsure I will be testing at Brands this year due to funds but if I do then I will let you know and you can come and have a drive. We are racing there in May and as you say would be good to catch up!
Haha lol! I guessed it isn’t his siteWTF is Sam's website about lol.
No I’m sure you are correct I was told they did a pin but then when I asked them they said they didn’tThanks, but it wont take 5 minutes so I'll get the part number off mine tonight to be sure. Yes I am quite looking forward to a new challenge still need to work a few things out but hoping it will be okayI really enjoy doing the wiring for some reason lol.
At least this way you'll know it backwards when you have issues
Does that mean I have longer to decide on a diff then... must resist
Thanks, yes that's what my sensible head said but the perfectionist in me wanted to get the car perfect but as one of my good friends always tells me nothing is ever perfect so I made my mind up to get it back out on trackSorry to hear about the budget woes, but seat time is better than any mod you can make! I'm sure another season of racing will improve your lap times more significantly than a trick engine anyway!

ShamelessBest buying one as they rarely come up second hand..hang on theres one in the for sale section
At last, you have seen the light. Standard engine, itb's, cams, job done. We managed for a couple of yrs like it.
That is just a final drive for sale for a diff but doesn’t include the diff
