Rears are here. Will be fitting these Monday and painting the callipers black.

Had a very productive day. Changed front and rear brakes and pads. Also changed front spacers from 20mm to 25mm This is the last major big change on my car. Everything else will be minor details.
The old ones were pretty rusty...


I got absolutely covered in rust. Gave the callipers a good clean with brake cleaner and blew it off with the air line. Then sprayed them black...

Please excuse the very dirty car. Will take some more photos soon, car has become noticeably wider more beefy

Other little note. I also took off my tow strap and removed the silver Renault sport stickers. Going more stealthy.

Thanks. And yes it's El wire. Aw that's a shame. I'll have to keep an eye on mine. Where abouts have you used it in your car??

Sadly it's just the nature of the stuff, it breaks down over time. It's cheap as chips to replace though.

I've got it under my gearstick surround.

Oil catch can appears to be nearly full, so it's working, mostly water because of condensation. But ran out of time to empty .

Will update on this.

Adding some more carbon fibre bits on the interior. See what else pops up

Dials with yellow numbers instead of white.
Dial surrounds will be carbon dipped to match the other bits being done

Here's the collectings in my oil catch can.
Ewww haha, better than going through the intake. mostly condensation but some oil and carbon deposits.

Only around 2000 miles covered since installing

Full de-badge on the boot.
Removed door pillars textured vinyl.
Seat recliner knobs test fit went well but being powdercoated black to suit my colour combination.

Removed gear gaiter surround, front speaker surrounds, stereo surround centre console, to drop them down the hydrodipppers on Friday

Little changes on the interior. Carbon dipped the silver surrounds. Got a second batch on the way. This is what I have so far. Changes the interior completely, excited for the next bits to come.

Part for around the speedo (what I'm most excited about) I hate looking at the silver

Around the gearstick...it's the little things

Centre console, brings it all together.

Will fit everything when I have daylight

I thought that'd be the case lol Very brave!

Do the dynamique S (2.0 138bhp) models have wider front wings without the vents? If so it might be worth looking into those for the 197 look to the front of the car
