My Friend has a 1.4 ph2 clio and he says occasionaly when he is slowing down the car cuts out and won't start for a while. I took a guess at a lambda sensor but i don't see why it wouldn't start again. The last time this happened he said he had to jump start it, all seems a bit odd.

I killed my gearbox a while ago........... And i can't find a jc5 box.. at a good price . I put a 1.4 16v jc1 box against it.(just relocate some guiding pins an starter pins) It drives fine!!It feels faster But wil this last? (wil this die? ) Anywone did this to? Is it a strong box??
